Last updated: October 8, 2026. This policy covers the Youdondy Notes website and the upcoming private beta, run by Youdondy Labs in Seoul, Korea.

Youdondy Notes is not open yet. Today the only personal information we receive is the email you send us to join the beta. The rest of this page describes how the beta will handle your files.

What we collect

• Your email address and message, when you write to [email protected].
• Files you upload in the beta: recordings, transcripts and memos, and the pages created from them.
• We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to you and send your beta invitation.
• To create your study pages. Your files are not used for anything else.
• We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Services that process your files

To turn a recording into a page, your files are sent to the services that do the work: a speech-to-text service for transcription, Anthropic's Claude API for summarizing and structuring, and Cloudflare for hosting and email. They process your files only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

• You can delete any file or page at any time, and it is removed from our storage.
• If you leave the beta, we delete your files and pages within 30 days.
• Beta emails are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to [email protected]. We will reply within 10 days.

Changes

If this policy changes before or during the beta, we will update the date at the top and tell beta users by email.
